Getting Started with Jaspector
Welcome to Jaspector. This guide explains how our service works, who handles what, and what to expect.

How to Reach Us
Send all requests to one address: hi@jaspector.com
Nadia is your point of contact. She receives every message, understands what you need, and routes your request to the right specialist. Here is how it works:
- You email Nadia with your question, project details, or request.
- Nadia reviews and routes your message to the specialist best suited to help -- whether that is a technical advisor, a contractor specialist, or a dispute resolution expert.
- The specialist responds directly to you with a detailed answer.
- Your thread stays coordinated. Everything is tracked in one place so you never have to repeat yourself.
Why one email address? When you send the same question to multiple team members, it creates parallel threads with potentially conflicting responses. A single point of contact keeps your information in one place and ensures every specialist who works on your case has the full picture.
Meet Your Team
Nadia Reyes -- Property Coordinator
Nadia is your first point of contact. She handles intake, sets expectations, and makes sure your request reaches the right specialist. If you are unsure who to ask, start with Nadia.
Matt Dawson -- Senior Property Advisor
Matt handles technical questions about construction, grading, drainage, foundations, roofing, and project planning. He reviews contractor scopes, assesses repair needs from photos, and helps you understand what work your property actually requires before you hire anyone.
Scope note: Matt provides technical assessments and project planning guidance. For asbestos testing, mold abatement, lead paint assessment, radon testing, and structural collapse evaluation, he will refer you to the appropriate licensed specialist (EPA-certified, AHERA-certified, or licensed structural engineer as applicable).
Samuel Levy -- Senior Resolution Advisor
Samuel helps when things go wrong. If you have a dispute with a contractor, questions about your rights, or need guidance on how to handle a difficult situation, Samuel reviews the facts and helps you understand your options.
What to Expect
Response Times
Our team reviews messages during business hours (Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM Pacific). Most requests are processed the same day they are received by our team. Complicated cases may take up to 24 hours.
The Process
Depending on your request, here is what a typical interaction looks like:
- Simple questions (e.g., "Is this crack in my foundation normal?") -- you will usually get a detailed response the same day.
- Project planning -- Matt may ask follow-up questions or request photos to give you an accurate assessment. The more context you provide upfront, the faster he can help.
- Dispute support -- Samuel will review your situation and may ask for documentation (contracts, photos, correspondence) to give you informed guidance.
